It's an Imperial Good Companion 5 typewriter was from the Good Companion 'portable' series model numbers from 1 to 7. The good companion 5 could have been made between 1957 and 1961 (unfortunately I can't locate the serial number to be more accurate on the date.) It doesn't have a !, exclamation mark, but did come with extra 4 rolls of ribbons, two blue, two black, and a blue one already in it.
(I'd want it for myself; if it wasn't for Alex, and his birthday.)
